We have bad experience with receptionist yesterday night. We came late to find a room. After reviewing the facilities, I agreed to take a room with a private pool. I came from Malaysia travelling with 2 families. 4 adults and 5 kids below 8 years old.
But when we want to register for check in, the receptionist got very angry because we did not inform total numbers with child. I want all guest who read this to be careful of this receptionist because he want to charge ALL person, including baby and child like full adults. I have travel so many 5-7 star hotels and resort but nobody charges full for young kids & baby!
But the receptionist want to charge ALL. All have to take a bed, even for every baby and child. Ridiculous! I’m very dissapointed of this bad service from this resort’s reception. Although The facilities shown from tour with one of the worker seems good buat the receptionist was very bad. They dont respect the guest from other countries. He needs to learn more about customer sevices. I hope those who want to bring kids & babies, think twice before coming here because they will unreasonably charge you more. Its not about the price, its the attitude that is the problem.
Then we go to golden marina and get one chalet with private pool with more facilities and great services by receptionist. They know if we come with family they are suggesting big chalet and the price more expensive than dolphin resort.
