Soooo bad , for the price point you need to chill !! it’s a lie this hotel is too far from the haram you can’t imagine . We booked a room for 4 person believe me the room is toooo small it’s for 2 max and you can’t open the windows like why!! I need oxygen

Yes. It is not a 4 star hotel with a bad management. Rooms were not clean. No electric kettle available as mentioned. We asked dozen times for towels. I m so sad that at a holy place they hv no fear of Allah subhan talk. Dirty and old carpets.

Proper thief. This is a 2star hotel and very far from masjid Al haram.Avoid going there due the whole staff are bunch of crooks. No cleaning was ever done during my 7 nights stay and room has no window for ventilation.They also don’t provide toilet rolls and the are filthy and smelly.

Worst hotel in Makkah Grand Makkah Hotel was sold to Araek Group about 2 years. The hotel is in a very bad state and not even considered as 1* as its literally falling apart and room conditions and services are extremely bad. Rooms not cleaned during 10 days stay. No clean bedsheets, furnitures broken, damaged, sink blocked, no hot water, sewage smell, no toilet paper and wait of all cockroaches in the rooms. Avoid this hotel people.

The worse hotel ever, the worst staff ever, made to wait a ridiculous amount of time to check in. From one dark room to another to get a code, I'm sorry have these guys not caught up to the modern world. I've never felt like I wanted to punch a person more than the guy at reception, the skinny one with glasses. They have systems and processes in place that belong in the 70s it's that old. The room was worth no more than £40 but they cash in on the location.
