Me and my friends have the best hotel experience. staffs are accomodating and friendly. Rooms, toilets and living room are all clean and spacious. Toiletries are its finest, no need to bring because all you need is there from soap to shampoo to lotion even loafa scrubs. Feels like home. Food and coffee are delicious and affordable. Highly recommended. We will go back if we need hotel in Riyadh.

MR.HAMMADA served and dealt with us very well. I have reserved a table for Valentines Eve , to give surprise to my wife . He organized a separate place in Garden area wonderfully and arranged a very Nice table with cake flowers and champagne for us. He managed very well.

Karima and staff were awesome 💯 the spread of menu was different from the rest of Riyadh that my family and I visited thus far....lamb and beef not available on the BBQ but on the buffet there is in the ready cooked meals ...the braai made me feel at home... Family from S.A

Had an extremely comfortable and satisfying stay during my business trip to GSH in early December 2023. This was my 2nd visit to this uniquely designed hotel and the Free Room Upgrade on arrival was an instant mood lifter after the long journey. Both the receptionists are kind & hospitable, especially Miss Rawan. The location is good since it’s on the main road but not too much noise around. There is a huge mall (Granada Mall) within walkable distance. The metro station (yet to open) is also walkable. The room service is a bit slow and can be improved but all other amenities and services are top class. The rooms are clean & extremely spacious and come with small kitchenette. The gym is well equipped and the gym trainer is a great friend to any visitor planning to use the gym.

Had a very delicious lunch buffet here in Golden Ship Restaurant. Very nicely cooked shrimps with tasty soup. Best seafood soup and lenthil soup. Best dish I feel is that mushroom beefsteak. Good services and great ambience. Good sweet options and three different juices. Would like to recommend to have a try.
