Perfect hotel near 339 ladies gate, best for the families. Neat and clean. I got the corner room and it was v spacious. Best for everyone. I definitely select this hotel for all my stays in future in sha Allah. You may find everything near this hotel. Thank you.

This place is inside the ring road. Attitude of reception and security is bad. The property insists on payment even if you have the option of free cancellation after so many days claiming they don't have the option of getting the payment using the credit card. They agree to provide you with free parking and turn a deaf ear once you reach. Housekeeping people are dedicated to their work. Walkability to the masjid and to the female praying area are a huge bonus. Asian food options outside the property are too bad.

Can be a very good hotel if they improve on check-in. Pros: The hotel is really nice. Very clean and not far from Haram. Theres plenty of lifts. Wifi was good everywhere. Rooms were spacious. Had kettle, fridge, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. All essentials are close by. It is very close for the women to get to gate 25. Cons: The check-in was more late than expected. They have too many people waiting in the lobby. Their check-in time is 4 to 6. You might be waiting around till 6. I had booked 2 rooms, and i managed to get 1 with the help of Brother mahir. And the other i got after 6.30pm. Checkout was straightforward.

Great hotel! 5 minute walk to the women’s entrance of the haram. The room is clean. Only issue we had is how thin the walls were in the rooms. You can hear everything outside

Excellent location. Walkable distance to masjid. Nearby many shops. Rooms were very neat and clean. Room size was Small and bathroom is old fashioned. Vintage Hairdryer is not on working condition in our room. Breakfast buffet was wide optioned healthy and excellent.
