Diabolical. In one word. Money hungry scavengers. After paying £1100 per night for the Suite, not even 1 single bottle of complimentary water was given, no plates, no glasses, no utensils kitchen was absolutely empty. Why their charging for a suite when they cannot even have simple things you expect. Furthermore, the manager at the restaurant was very rude towards my parents. He seemed very racist. I think he needs to reconsider his role as a restaurant manager. Furthermore he tried to bill me 100 riyal for breakfast. My breakfast was paid for within the room rate. They will charge you for the air you breathe in this hotel if they could. Nasty people. Cannot believe some of these people can be working in the holy city of Medina.

First, I would like to thank all the staff of this hotel for their hospitality, especially a restaurant’s manager named Mustapha who was very kind and helpful. Also, The room was clean with all the necessary equipments. I would 100% recommend this hotel.
