Although hotel location is perfect, rooms are well furnished, close to the best area in khobar, but I have some comments that make me giving this review: 1/ Staff have no enough professional experience to deal with customers especially when hotel is fully booked. 2/ They overbooking reservations and accumulate people in the lobby waiting for a long time in order to check in. (This happened for me @6:00 pm. 3/ No flexibility in checkout at least for 30 minutes after 12 PM. This is my personal experience, and won’t come back to this hotel again.

Lunch experience: Great atmosphere, family-friendly, nice & smiley staff. The food is good but biryani is less than expected but all other Indian dishes were excellent. Thank you to the welcoming staff (Fatimah) N.B Breakfast is my next target here ????

Best hotel which is totally designed in a European way. Rooms a small. No slippers and no robe unfortunately. Nice swimming pool but only males are allowed to use it…. Best location close to corniche with a great view. Price is absolutely fair

Their staff is really professional and trained. They answered all my questions with a smile. There is a roof top pool, massage center, gym and sauna bath. Also there is a cafe and restaurant in the ground floor. I had dinner at the restaurant, it was open buffet for SR. 79 (for guests). Underground parking, free WiFi and room service are also available. Location is also really good.

Wonderful hotel and great experience. I was given free upgrade to sea view suite and that really was the best room in the hotel with an incredible view. Other than that, there is some potential for improvement in-room dining service. but the overall experience was really good.
