Uneducated and unprofessional staff especially the receptionists with poor attitude. Poor management service Unsatisfactory room services. Non-accessible Wi-Fi connection Dirty Rooms with old furniture. Incompatible beds Loud Neighbors. ... Lack of Complimentary Guest Supplies. ... Poor Food & Beverage. Narrow and conjusted parking.

Very nice cosy place to stay. The decor may be slightly dated but the room is comfortable and complete with all amenities. The front desk reception were all very polite and helpful. So too were the other hotel staff. My 20 days at Boudl Al Qasr was very comfortable and relaxing. Having Qasr mall just next door is an added bonus. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Worst experience ever. So dirty. Bathrooms are really bad. Not recommended to stay ever.

Third time i book here, the rooms are clean but, looks like the staff have been changed, that was clearly reflected the way they deal with costumers issues. The internet modem was not working, it took them a lot of time to fix, plus that the guy who came to fix was really rude. The kids play ground was smells bad, no kids could play because of that. Good thing is that they kept our blanket clean we forgot to take it with us the last time we checked out.

Overall good. It overlooks the suweidi park,which is very nice. Clean, neat. AC somehow noisy. Breakfast for 39 SR and not that fancy. Staff very polite and cooperative. Sofas look a little worn out. Swimming pool is too small and shallow, alas useless. Surrounding Area is quiet and elegant. A nearby mall is just a little walk away.
