One of the worst hotel & the tour who has selected this place for Hajis stay. In a room very hardly two person can be accommodated they have placed 5 beds, its too crowded. Unless ans untill you don't ask you'll not be given towel, soap, shampoo. In 7 days they have done room service only once that too after my 100 request on reception, to the cleaning guy who sit in basement. To go at R level to have food & come back to your room is a challange like launching a rocket into the space. People fight, argue, change bad words sometime & loose patience as lifts are not working properly and over crowded. The Indian tour name as All india Haj and Umrah tours & travel book this hotel actually this has to be called as a refugee camp inspite of calling it as a hotel. People spend there hard earn money, lacs of rupee & the kind of service they provide is highly disappointed & not recommended to anyone who is going to perform Umrah or any other purpose in the holy city of Makkah. Stop playing with people's feeling & there money just to run your business. And also note that it's around 12 to 15 minutes walkable distance from Haram. Where you'll feel like you are climbing to mountain if you return back to this hotel after coming from Haram. Worst hotel, worst customer service, & the tour name i mentioned should be banned by MEA of Saudi Arabia & India.
