It's a nice place , it takes 15mins to walk to al-haram. It's quite busy so getting a lift upstair is an issue. The staff who serves food are good but u have to be nice to them so as to be treated nice. They have a laundry where u can send in ur clothes on some days. Since we travelled thru a agent, I guess it wasn't that expensive..but not sure though

Very bad experience. The way hotel management handle their guest is worst. it took 1.20hrs for me to complete the check-in even tho I had book one week advance through booking.com.

Hospitality was good as well food court. But, Room services would have been provides,it's one of the Best hotel near By macca.

Very bad hotel when you have book on agoda or booking it not mean you booked but its like nothing. Did they no recognize the person come from far and think that they will rest in room but when arrive they said your booking is nothing because you didnt paid yet.. i have use agoda and booking for many hotels in my country but there is no issue like this.. Do they not have any feeling doing people like this? Or they come to another country and they are threated like that? This show how this hotel not follow the diciplins and rules

Haram was near 10mins of walking is easy but while returning back to hotel from haram is bit tiring as it is situated on hill. Room was congested not enough room to move around.
