recently had a booking by Hatem Sultan at Alsafwah Hotel for my recent stay, and I must say, his outstanding service and attention to detail truly made my experience exceptional. From the moment I reached out to inquire about booking, Hatem was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly addressing all my questions and ensuring a smooth reservation process. During my stay, he went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my accommodation was perfect, from arranging a room upgrade to providing personalized recommendations for dining and activities in the area. Hatem demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer service, and his efforts did not go unnoticed. I cannot thank him enough for making my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend to be always in contact him. • Location - 5/5 one of the Best (easy entry & exit to Masjid Al Haraam) • Room - Kaaba View - 5/5 Outstanding (The view is better than signature room Kaaba View Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel) • Restaurant - 5/5 variety of food & friendly staff (SAR 80 for additional per pax.) • Service - 4.5/5 Reception is busy with phone lines /calls • Facility - 4/5 room requires slightly improvement /attention: dust bin, plastic bag makes it too small also lack of tissue, lights in the bathroom …) Overall worth for money, alhamdulillah and hope will come again in shaa Allohu ta’ala

Easy access to the masjidil haram. The food was okay. The best part was the view of kaabah.
