I stayed at this hotel for my recent umrah trip with the family. The location of the hotel within the clock tower was very convenient and it took us very little time to get in an out for conducting the rituals. The rooms were comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The food was great and sometimes the master chef Hakim came and personally inquired about any special needs. The hotel staff were cordial and efficient. Overall we had a very good experience

The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Iqbal, my room keeper on floor 25. He was very eager to help change my bedding on request after i told that the bed mattress is too thin. Room is spacious and we can ask other amenities needed, the staff will give. Also it smells nice! And great location!

It was an amazing experience to be in this hotel, everything was spot on from cleanliness to the staff help. The last guy who helped us with our luggages at the checkout was deaf, i was so amazed to see diversity in your employees and felt so proud of your hotel that these people are not left out. You guys are doing amazing job and will definitely be returning to your hotel in sha Allah.

The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Sameer, change my bed after i told that the bed mattress is too thin. Food is good, but need to serve hot beverages. Room is spacious and we can ask other amenities needed, the staff will give. Also it smells nice! And great location!

Location is great, staffs are nice, food is good. other than that this hotel doesn’t meet criteria for a 5-star hotel. Wifi is not working, workers are working in next door room banging hammers during the day with no information prior. Room is old, low quality beds and pillows, and bathroom is rusty.
