Very close proximity to Masjid Al Haram to put your mind at ease for every solat period. Still have to get to the Masjid early though! Rooms are big but not amazing facilities or anything, and even with the AC on it can still feel pretty warm at night. Luckily the hotel staff and restaurant are lovely and with a wide array of shops in the building, it’s a pleasant stay overall.

It's the last hotel in Safwa Tower. Best staff with extremely customer oriented mindset. Super quick! Had an amazing experience

The reception staff are nice and did not miss any details about how to get out of the hotel, directions to the Grand Mosque, directions and places of transportation, the hotel is very close to the Haram for a few minutes only, a large and spacious room, well arranged and very clean. This hotel will definitely be my destination always if I return to Makkah again. Insha Allah .

We stayed there Jan 2023 for Umrah. Location is very good, close to Masjidil Haram, shopping center, medical, bank etc Room is quite spacious, suitable for 3 persons with big luggage, also bathroom have 2 washtafel so vey usefull

This hotel service is good. Clean. The location is proper. Next time when i visit. i select this hotel. The service boy Robiullah & others boys behavior is good . InshaAllah i will come again .
