It's not a 5 star hotel even though they say it. Arab staff are rude, don't understand a word of English. Poor communication and no service. Bathrooms in room smells, have to asked them several time to clean it, they take message but don't send anyone to clean. Breakfast is not great too for the amount they charge, Quality of food and choice is limited. Had issue with Internet as their WiFi don't work in rooms, called them several times about WiFi, toilet cleaning, towels and toilet rolls but nothing happened, very disappointed.

Emaar royal hotel was sold as 5* however this hotel is far from it. 2* is more appropriate. Quad rooms were cramped n dinghy. Seemed like the bedsheets hadn’t been changed when we checked in And the pillows stank Had to change them again when we arrived. Carpets where filthy and hadn’t been hoovered Bathrooms were not nice either A/C was blowing out dusty air which made us all soo unwell The breakfast food was stale except the fresh omelettes.

The room was fine. However toilets need to be cleaner and be less crampy. Located within 10 mins from haraam gate 311 which is very convenient.

good overall no view 5 mins walk to masjid e nabwi all rooms are if same size and with 4 beds

Newly refurbished hotel. Clean and good servis. The room is a bit small. The wc is super comfy for big people. The lobby have enough space for people to wait their bus or car. Food wise is just ok. But the dining area/canteen is clean. Location of the hotel is abit far from the Haram but it is located at the main road which make the drop of to the hotel super easy. A small coffee shop just in front of the hotel make it nice.
