I purchased a Donut and Tim bites 13 June 2023 at 9:00 am from King Abdullah branch - Jeddah
Although it is early morning ,, The Donut and bites were not fresh at all !!!!
It seems like it was baked few days back!!
Not satisfied at all and disappointed :(

First and foremost, I want to point out that my rating is completely based on multiple visits of this store.
Secondly, the problem is the extremely bad air condition system in the store. As per the workers, this issue has been raised to the upper management. However, no action has been taking yet.
We are in extremely hot country, where a good AC is considered to be a basic human right. This obviously demonstrate disrespecting for the clients as well for the workers by the upper management in Canada.
We politely ask for fixing this issue that has been there for almost a year.
Not taking a proper action will lead us to unfortunately raise this issue to the Saudi Ministry of commerce and follow a litigation process accordingly.
