The food is really great the Calamari basket and Mussels with cheese sauce is mouthwatering, they have excellent service as well specially to Mr. Reyad. Shrimp Factory Mamsha Al-Hijra Branch.

I was very disappointed . The cashier guy who is indian who take our order was very rude . Its the 2nd time he acted like that . The first was he was trying to refuse our order cuz he said its close but we saw many families entering the store and the latest one was we order mussles shrimp and fish basket and forcing us to take the shrimp basket and i said i order fish not shrimp cuz i already order shrimp . This attitude is not so well and not polite to customers . I hope this doesn't happen to other customers . I love the foods but i might not come again because of this experience .

The Food was so good I forgot to take pictures. The brothers were very accomadating and kept the store open for us for an hour when we walked in at closing time. The food was absolutely amazing if I lived madina I would visit regularly .
