We had a meeting with our community members. I am so impressed with the quality of service, level professionalism and arrangement done in so detailing.
I thank Mr Javed specially for his professional support and ensuring guests had a comfortable and impressive experience.
I highly recommend others to visit and have the excellent experience at Holiday Inn, Gateway, Jeddah and I request Management to consider and appreciate Mr Javed Iqubal for his good work.

Tremenda experiencia tuve alli, great hotel, great reception personel. I want to say a special thank to miss Saran and Miss Areej from the reception, they are they best, also Mr Tara was super helpfull. I will definitly come back and recommand this place. My stay for 3 nights was excellent , guys on the reception are great.
Abdulrahman , Areej and Sarah were so dedicated and helpful.
I think Areej is more than a receptionest her qualty is un seen for me for long time.

Amazing as usual. Very welcoming staff responding in no time to all requests. Special thanks to Mr Talaat and all front desk/reception team and Mr Yahia Elkhouly, Chef Yasser and all F&B team. Not to forget house keeping team always with a smile and warm attitude. Nice people creates the experience more than the place. Keep doing well and God bless you all.
