I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities.
The restaurant at the hotel were outstanding.The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering variety of dishes and great start to kick start the day.
The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options.It is 5 mins away from the Mall of Arab.
Overall, my stay at Holiday Inn Gateway was a memorable and enjoyable experience.Thank you to the staff and management for providing such a great experience.

It was a great experience and we enjoyed here a lot. And i want to thanks Mr. Ahmed alghamdi in reception he was very sweet and polite. He is very helpful. Everything we asked and needed he made sure we got it on time. He’s an asset for this hotel. A big thanks to Mr. ahmed, Fully satisfied with the hotel.

"I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Gateway, and I must say, the staff made my stay truly memorable. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, they went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The front desk staff named Ahmed and Areej were welcoming and attentive, and they took care of all my requests promptly. The housekeeping staff kept my room spotless and always made sure I had fresh towels and toiletries. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious.
But what really stood out to me was the level of personal attention I received from the staff. They remembered my name and preferences, and they always had a smile on their faces. They made me feel like a valued guest, and I really appreciated that.
Overall, I highly recommend Holiday Inn Gateway for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay with exceptional staff. I will definitely be back!"

Our overall experience here was good. It is not far from the airport and you can take an uber to get here. Most staff speak English so there is no language barrier issues if that is a concern. There is a morning breakfast buffet that includes an egg station. There is a roof top pool and restaurant that was quiet the few times we went up there to look. Food was good when we tried it one evening. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Plenty of outlets in the room just make sure you have the right adapters. They have both UK outlets and European outlets in the room. No USB ports that we saw. The standup shower was a bit small to maneuver yourself in but doable if you did so slowly. Staff were friendly throughout our stay and were able to make good local restaurant recommendations. When heading to the airport there tends to be a shortage of regular size ubers so choose xl to get one quickly if you don't want to wait.

Conveniently located near the airport and Mall of Arabia. The hotel is well maintained by the friendly staff. Most importantly to me, Mr. Ibrahim at security assures the upmost safety of the facility with his integrity and professionalism.
