I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Jeddah Gateway, an IHG Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, offering convenience and accessibility to key attractions. The service provided by the staff was truly exceptional, from check-in to check-out. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the food offered at the hotel was satisfactory, providing a decent variety to choose from. Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn Jeddah Gateway was nothing short of excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

First thing I really wanna appreciate the service & elegance and the hospitality Supervisor mansor carried , he was cooperative and initiative in helping and aiding us.
The rooms were great and the view was nice.
Definitely not the last time ✨👍.

Perfect choice if u need to stay beside the airport and the mall of arabia is around. Clean rooms and staff very helpful. I like the food and breakfast was fresh. they even had a hot pancake machine. Diffently staying there again. Jeddah is very nice place.

The overall service is superb! Unbelievable hospitality! Stayed here for one night and the staffs were so accommodating. The front desk greeted me when I arrive and even offered a late check out so that I can stay a bit longer for my virtual calls.
On top of that, the bellman was always smiling and the service was beyond expectations! Mr. Taradal! Amazing!
