This is honest review from meat lover non local, the meat was average and cold. No wow factor. The service from Omari felix was brilliantly fast, always smiling and attentive. To come back? Will say no.

Nice venue with parking. Grubby tables and windows. The service was almost non existent. One of our meals was stone cold. Had to be replaced. Didn't enjoy the food. Surrounding factors made us feel queezy and unimpressed. Never going back to this Swiss House again. Definately overrated. Not recommended.

Nice food and prices were ok. The atmosphere was a bit dull. The wait staff were basically non-existent and never came to our table unless we went searching for them. One of our meals was also served cold.
Don't think I would come back here again. Surely there are better restaurants to go to in Madinah.

The food was really good. We had steaks and salmon. The waiters and waitresses were especially accommodating. Especially Mr Felix. The mood and the lighting were also top notch.

I swear the food is very bad has no flavor i can’t eat the food if i go to another restaurant it will be better I didn’t finish the food
