Terrible service. Complete disappointment. Waited in queue for 10 minutes to realize only two menu items were available. Order took forever. Staff completely disorganized. Not worth the hassle. Ownership should either shut it down or figure out a solution to its service problems.

Good option for burger in clock tower. The menu says plenty of option but actually it is one burger with a variety of sauces for different option.

I had a terrible experience in the JED AIRPORT branch, the person who was taking our orders was so rude and inappropriate. I hope you do a recheck on all you staff in that branch because I was not impressed. Definitely last time I’ll be ordering from this restaurant. Be respectful towards your consumers. Thank you.

I had never had smashburger before so i do not have anything to compare with. We went there because they were least busy of all the places in the food court. I guess we should have taken our hint. The burgers were too soggy by the time they came out of their wraps. dripping condiments. Staff understands some urdu and some english. Pretty much they way it is with almost all the vendors in the area.
