Rustic Grill, as others have stated, has very good food but is lacking in customer service.

Food is so unique and good. Waiters and service is more than BAD. It's actually triggering. And the place itself is okay. ORDER: FOOD: Chicken tender - very good and dry just the way I love them. Chopper platter - excellent. Some side sauce could be added. Off the grill - excellent. thick and juicy grilled chicken, which is rare to find and tastes perfect. Rustic fries - simply delicious. Good sauce choice. The crunchy - delicious. Rustic wagyu - very good and juicy. Homemade iced tea - I love it so much. Very well balanced to me. SERVICE: No welcoming attitude Bad communication. Bad wording. Bad at serving time, the fries was the last to reach the table. I wanted to order sauces but they told me they will bring them without order. Eventually I had to go with the sungle ranch dip with the whole food. Have to ask about anything more than one time. Your request not taken seriously. Can't visit in a stressful day. Only when I miss the Choppers and grilled chicken. 3-star all goes for the food and chef.

The lamb chops is always taste great but the sizes are differ some are too small so I had to talk to the host so he gave us one chop extra. The sweet potato French fries are yummy. I was disappointed with the ribs it wasn’t good like always it’s almost feels like boiled that I can’t find the shard from BBQ from the outside I asked the host to put it back on fire and he did but it was the same.

The burger was good The hotdog was ok We ordered a fries, then finished the food and the fries didn't come
