Idylic setting in AlUla. The staff are very friendly. Overpriced for what it is. A lot of flys the staff do there best with fans and burning coffee but it can get very annoying. But worth a visit at least once.

More than just pastries-had a selection of delicious dishes for lunch. Nice outdoor environment and refreshing drinks!

Food is absolutely delicious, but the service is horrendous. Been here a few times and it just gets worse every time. My last visit was during a time where there were only 2 tables with customers and the restaurant was relatively empty. We went to order from the counter and the host told us to be seated and wait for a waiter.
The waiters were all just on their phones and no one would come to our table for 20 minutes. I had to walk back up to the counter to ask for a waiter to take our order. Got our food without any plates or utensils and had to walk up to the counter to get them myself. Had to walk back up to the counter when we wanted to pay because the waiters were on their phones again, and AT ALL TIMES.
Would only order in the future but definitely not coming back for dine-in.

It was a pleasure real to spend the morning time and enjoy a delicious breakfast. Fast and very nice service.
Pink Camel is a destination, you don’t just go in from the side of the road, you should know about it. We’re happy to have known how to get there. 😋
