The furniture was old.
The fridge was not working so they had to change it.
The room phone was not working too so you have to use the bathroom phone to call the reception.
They don't allow the delivery people to come to your room and they ask you come downstairs to pickup your food.
Finally when about to leave I called the reception so they can send me a porter he said OK., few mins later he calls apologising and saying that he is not available now. So I had to go downstairs myself to take the luggage cart to my room.

the location is very good , it is located near to biggest mall in Jeddah which have almost everything , it is walking distance if the weather allow for that :)
the hotel is clean and will furnished , the water in the bathroom was amazing ,
the room clean and there is no nice view from the window in this area
the hotel in general was so quite and comfortable
the breakfast was just fine nothing WOOW
recommended for another visit

Nice, but room need to be refreshed always, smoking smile everywhere even in toilet.
