Great hotel and good room service. There is a restaurant, mosque, dessert bar and sitting area. The view outside of the room is OK. But the inside in cleaned a few times a day. A drop of section is outside the hotel which is hard to find for a hotel here. It is close to haram sharif.

The location was good, just 10 min walk from room to Masjid, the room was also neat and clean and the sheets were changed frequently, the size of the room was also satisfactory. the breakfast was also up to the mark, although the seating capacity can be further improved.
just the issue was the slow and lazy staff. the receptionist was very slow and couldn't understand a thing i said. i had to repeat myself 5-6 times. he was attending people without any sequence or queue.
