Looks like a good hotel once upon a time.
The hotel mostly hosts pilgrims.
Room service needs to be reminded about their duties. One asked if the toilet needs cleaning! Doesn’t change bed unless told!
Carpets look shabby and need a replacement.
The workers need a lot of training.
The doorman stopped me to enter the hotel and couldn’t tell me why he stopped me. Another guy approached and told him to leave me!

A very gorgeous property located in Ajyad around the Grand Mosques of Makkah. It has a big, well decorated and beautiful lobby with different forms of settings.
The rooms are spacious, very neat with good amenities including complimentary tea tables.
The restaurant was superb with local and continental menus, breakfast, lunch and dinners,

Good location, very near to haram, 5-6 minutes walk to king Abdulaziz gate.
Rooms are not very big, but acceptable.
Service is good.
Neat and clean hotel, nice ambiance.
Parking is available, but not free 50 SAR per day if you are staying in the hotel.
12 SAR/ hr if you use only the parking, without staying.

Great place. Breakfast is superb. Rooms are big with full facilities. Staff extremely helpful. However internet was a big let down. I was in a half business trip and could not rely on the WiFi internet. Otherwise it was brilliant. Location wise it is very close to Haram Shareef

The rooms are dated but well kept. The hotel staff was very courteous and even cleaned room multiple times when asked for. Its 10 min walk from Haram, which is great. Since the sound of mauzan can be heard here, people pray at gate to join jamat, which makes it convenient for old people who cant walk to haram for each prayer.
The Wifi is very poor. Please improve that, its so slow its almost unusable.
Overall the experience was pleasant. Remember that its a very busy hotel, dozens of guests checking in and out all the time and lobby is always full.
