Very near to the Haram. Busy Hotels with lot of people but not that crowded. Staff is very good and very prompt with their services. Rooms were spacious neat with all the amenities. Breakfast buffet was good but with little less variety. The only thing we felt was a little less space and felt crowded in the dining area.

Check-in was smooth, all staff was super helpful and room was cozy and clean. Good was excellent, hotel location is on spot... Everything went very well, will certainly come back.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the beautiful view from the window. The amenities provided in the room met all my needs.
The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The on-site restaurant also exceeded my expectations with its quality and service.

Featuring an exceptional location, the hotel offers a spectacular view of the Kaaba from select rooms. The spacious accommodations provide comfortable beds and bedding for a relaxing stay. The friendly and welcoming staff enhance the overall experience. On the downside, the bathrooms felt a bit cramped and would benefit from more thorough cleaning. Although the breakfast was satisfactory, it fell short in variety compared to similar hotels, with a somewhat limited selection.

I absolutely love this hotel, i was lucky enough to get a room that was facing the Kaaba, the view was amazing. Not only that, but there was a wide option of food in the hotel cafeteria. The cleaning services were very nice, fast and friendly. It's also very easy to go anywhere since its also connected to the mall. Overall this hotel is 10/10 Definitely recommend anyone to stay here.
