By western standards in our experience it was 3 stars.
There was a problem in our bathroom that took 4 queries and 2 days to sort out.
The shuttle bus is decent but it is not that easy to walk otherwise to the Haram.

Room- ammeneties -cleaning service all good - except reception responses upon requests almost never happens especially no one can understand English Even the room boy. Very comfortable bus service to *Haram mosque * since evry then and now bus hotel have arranged even can say nearly 6mints to haram
