Hotel location is great, rooms are good and clean.
They really need to train their males staff better, they are not professional and not welcoming, while i was asking for changing the ironing table the receptionist was playing on his phone and called another guy to talk to me without even looking at me!, ironing table never arrived and they just dumped my request.
On the other hand female receptionists were great and very professional!

I celebrated my bday there last Feb 25 2024, im really love place its recommendable, i stay in room 817 and i find it so clean and big. There worker is so accommodating, i feel i welcomed there. I will book and back there soon

The hotel is situated on a busy street; however, the room is equipped with soundproofing, making it very quiet.
The staff at the front desk were very cordial and went out of their way to assist me.
housekeeping can be improved.
