I had the bad experience in my life last weekend.
Due to specific requirement, I called the hotel for reservations to avoid any confusion in number of guest. I did specify the adult number but my mistake did not mention the kid number. Any how, during the reservation requested connected room which was not available. Also, the 2 nd room should be twin but also not available. Moreover, they didn’t accept the total number (very well accepted) and request third room.
After that, the story started,
Request to pay which I accepted and I clearly state I was willing to pay complete amount but she didn’t understand and she detect only one day.
Next day she request to pay other day but this time she request totally wrong amount (double). This clearly indicate that the hotel has no system and thing moving very traditional.
After I checkout and left the area, she called me to some balance. In fact, I paid full amount the day before.
Too bad too bad.
