OMG! Breakfast is so amazing and the staff are so helpful they always come to ask if we need anything else executive Chef Hakim personally also came to us to ask about everything good or if we needed anything. We are pleased regarding their service and the food taste was so yummy.

The food here was absolutely incredible. Everything at Rayhaan is freshly prepared, delicious, and a lot of variety. We were served by Najimol for breakfast, a fantastic server who catered to our asks. The service is prompt, the cutlery is neat and clean, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Highly recommend in Makkah.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room service was good. The room was clean and tidy and the room service cleans the room everyday too. Breakfast was so good too. Chef Mr. Ahmed korma takes care of our every need and makes us the food we need.He is a kind person. As a suggestion maybe can add some Indian food cause there are many Indians too. Thank you for an amazing stay at Rotana.

Very good stay at this hotel. During my stay there was only one lift working from the hotel lobby to the P3 and P4 floors where the shops selling food were. Wish the building maintenance crews could work to get the non working lift back in working order.
Also very friendly service staff Shahril making sure we had enough bottled water and other supplies.

A great hotel with a range of rooms with a good view.
The location is in the clock towers. So, it’s directly linked to the Haram. If you’re a new visitor, you might get lost a few times because the elevators are a bit complex but you’ll get used to it.
The restaurant food is very diverse and delicious. Thanks to Chef Hussein for his selection and kind hospitality.
Don’t forget to try Om Ali. It’s perfect!
