I loved staying at this place.
The Kaaba view from room❤️
Haram was feeling minutes away.
The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was really friendly. Chef Imran was quiet helpful.
Hoping to visit again.

Outstanding room service, clean room specially, in the breakfast the stuff is cool helpful polite I met a nice gentleman. His name is Shahidul and one other gentleman he is chef, I will definitely come back and I’ll definitely recommend it To everyone keep it up guys thank you

First of all, the quality of the entire buffet menu is outstanding. The view whilst eating is fantastic and absolutely breathtaking from a high viewpoint. The room service on the other hand is just terrible. The house keepers barely went to clean and check on our room and floor. The bathroom is also quite cramped and cold. As a conclusion, this hotel is great, but has it's flaws.

Both the location and the breakfast buffet were outstanding. But, I had a negative experience with the bathroom and the room. The stench of cigarette smoke persisted in the rooms, giving off a poor motel atmosphere that makes people sick to their stomachs. In addition, the bathroom's terrible design makes it difficult to use.

Our trip was excellent. The hotel staff response time is prompt. Housekeeping team is excellent. They take care of your every need. The breakfast buffet is something which adds more value to the trip make it feel like home.
