Building is ok but the service is pathetic. I stayed 3 days first then 5 days but room was never cleaned. Garbage was taken after informing at counter but after the cross argumented. Only shuttle service is fine. Zero cooperation of staff

Nice hotel .... Round about 5 to 6 km from Masjid Haram... Providing free shuttle service... Inside hotel separate floor for meal and also one floor for Pakistani restaurant + one floor for Masjid however near hotel no extra food shops there.. should have some fast food "Roz Bukhari" etc ... So I am quite satisfied with this hotel

Very good hotel for hajj umrah pilgrims.
Staff is keen and humble.
