Strategic location, but it might be challenging for elderly since the road is uphill.
Great food, friendly for Indonesian people. They always had sambal and lalap.
Good room, I got 1 room for 3 person and it’s fair. Air conditioner worked well but we cannot change the temperature (no remote, adjusted automatically). The refrigerator didn’t work.
Service was excellent. At first, I had a toilet problem in my room and the hotel guy showed up quickly and fixed it properly.
The lift to the restaurant (R) was kinda hard to call. Waited for too long even though they had many elevators. Sometimes I cannot hold the doors for someone although I had pressed the button.

20 minutes walk to Masjidil Haram , so small room for 2 people's.
