Best hotel experience ever!!
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was super amazing. They work over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Makkah.

Beautiful hotel full of all amenities. Staff is very cooperative. Room service is quick, and staff is humble .
Location is a bit far ( 10 min walk to haram ), but the positive point is that they have buss service to and from Haram Shareef .
Buses are available at all times , hardly one has to wait 10 min for the next one .
Overall, excellent intercontinental. Highly Recommended.

A superb and upscale hotel. Everything was great from check-in to the bedroom. The breakfast was also amazing. The only drawback was that it was a but far from haram but they had a shuttle service every half hour before and after the prayer.

Really I would like to thanks Mr. Anas Mujahid because I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very good

Overall, I had a good experience with the service. Rooms were new and large. Bathrooms were decent. Customer service/housekeeping was gracious.
Breakfast buffet was average to below, but it was also Hajj season and lots of demand. They may be better throughout the rest of the year.
The only reason I would not stay here in the future is that it is about a 20 minute walk from the Haram. That was too far in my opinion and a deal breaker.
