brand new and great facilities, good rooms and the staff were welcoming. although the location is far from the grand mosque but the hotel have shuttle services that runs 24/7 to the mosque back and forth every 10 minutes

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The building is new and in excellent condition, which immediately gives a positive first impression. The rooms are great and equipped with modern amenities that cater to a comfortable stay. However, there are a few areas that need significant improvement. The shuttle service is poorly organized (they have large numbers of buses but traffic congestion causes issues), resulting in chaos with guests pushing each other to get on the bus. Additionally, the representative stationed outside the Haram was quite rude, which is disappointing and does not reflect the hospitality expected. If these issues are addressed, particularly the shuttle service organization and staff training, this hotel has the potential to offer an exceptional stay.

Last stayed in this hotel in September 2023. Bus service was very good. 2,3 spare buses were available at hotel as well as at haram bus stop. But this time bus service was very poor. Had to wait 30-40 minutes at bus stop and hotel bus stop. Sometimes had to offer prayer at hotel mosque due to no bus availability. 5 star hotel is worthless when you miss your prayer in haram due to bus unavailability. Never going to book this hotel in future and really not recommended.

Amazing atmosphere. Serene and clean hotel. Room service was excellent. The food was exceptional. The mini bar in the rooms could be better. Individual food items are really expensive.

My honest review: This hotel presents itself as a five-star, but don't come in with too high expectations. The rooms are decent, but lacking in outlets—there's only one, for example, and there's no hairdryer. Additionally, on our floor, the cleaning guy wouldn't come unless you gave him a tip. I'm aware that this wasn't the case on other floors. Walking from the hotel to the mosque is at least 25-30 minutes. There are buses that get you closer, but they drop you off far away, not under the Clock Tower, at least during Ramadan, and sometimes it's not worth taking them because it takes over 45 minutes. At the end of Ramadan, when there were fewer people, we went down to catch the bus, but we waited for a long time, and prayer time was approaching, so we had to rush, which is crucial here, and I believe there should be very frequent buses because they offer this service and need to transport pilgrims to the mosque. The food service was also quite poor, with limited variety. We had to call their attention to improve it, but even then, it didn't improve much. On Eid day, we paid for breakfast separately, but literally everything ran out, and they didn't replenish it... it wasn't worth paying for. Based on my experience, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
