The room service is not proper and there is no response from house keeping. The reception also too bad, there is no reception staff is available at the time of checkout, I'm waited an hour on the lobby for checkout. Overall this is too Bad suggestion.

This Verta hotel has an amazing view of the Jeddah Airport, literally planes landing and taking off. It is almost 5 min away from the airport. Its has a comfortable lobby, restaurant (although I'm not sure if food is served currently), swimming pool with a beautiful view and gym facilities with a jacuzzi. If you are tired after a long hours flight and need calm and comfortable place you could try this place.

The worst hotel experience I’ve faced in my entire life .. unprofessional staff and unavailable reception most of the time, poor housekeeping, lack of hospitality services, facilities issues such as broken doors and lights, etc… hygiene is really bad.
I don’t recommend staying there at all.
