First I have to mention that The receptionist of this hotel Rania was the nicest receptionist I have ever encountered at a hotel. She was always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. She also was able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Second this is a luxurious hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. I was in town for a stressful event and coming back to this hotel’s room was very peaceful.

I stay in room 0312 It was wonderful experience there spacious rooms with all the required facilities. Housekeeping is always ready to serve. The staff is very polite and professional. Specially lifts are perfect. You don't have to change the lifts to get to ground floor. Lifts are very efficient The hotel is the part of Haram

All service was top notch. Room is spacious and tidy with most essentials provided. The bed is big, I loved it the most. Breakfast food was incredible with variety of choices and some changes in the menu everyday. Top management was also around to make sure everything was okay and their staff, Mr Ashraf, assisted us greatly during our 18 days of breakfast at the Cafe. Loved our stay here!

It was awesome and beside that you would find a great people whom are really dedicated to serve you perfectly. Guest services, receptionist, room services, housekeeping and F&B was mostly my exposure too and found them very very professional. I still remember a guy his name / Ashraf in F&B were i found him normally act as a guest oriented and he knows how to pleased you well. Great Asset for their management indeed.
