We stayed in room 3619 and had a wonderful experience.
Cons:
Our reservation was canceled because we didn't see the invoice on the way to Makkah. They give you 24 hrs and we were on the plane and couldn't make the payment. Reception eventually gave us one room in place of the 2 we booked and I had to pay more.
Pros:
The location is perfect. There is a mall and food court attached to the hotel. Hotel staff were amazing. They kept the place clean and made sure our stay was comfortable in every way.
Hope to come back here soon.

Pros: Extremely clean, water is always topped up with regular room service. Nice smelling room, and beds are very comfortable.
Breakfast is amazing, lots of options and kid friendly. Omelette and pancake service. And Fridays has many children options.
Price is high, £1200 for 6 nights for couple however we found this worth it due to ease travelling around. Domestic staff are very helpful and polite. Direct access to clock tower masjid. Teas and coffees are always topped up. Very safe.
Cons: Luggage staff can be rude, reception is always busy and noisy took a while to check in.
Tips: remember what lift takes you to your room as some of them are limited to certain floors. Outside market is cheaper than the clock towers but make sure to haggle prices.

Karim was very warm, welcoming and accommodating and went out of his way in helping us. Top man set the tone for the rest of the day, very happy with his excellent service.
Brilliant buffet and service was of a very high standard, hats of the chef. Food was out of this world and great variety. Location is brilliant and we had the Kabah view from our bedroom as a free upgrade thanks to Karim.

Loved loved loved our stay at this hotel, the rooms, proximity to the Kaaba, Harram view , breakfast everything was just amazing. Very luxurious rooms and washrooms, beds are supper comfortable and spacious. Service 10/10. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff and room service. Would definitely choose it again.

Other than the view from the room, this hotel wasn’t as pleasant as it should have been per the price.
1. No one from hotel management checked in to make sure everything was okay with the stay until the night before checkout.
2. Shower/Bathroom was broken and not situated and too small whereby it was difficult to shower and the shower head kept needing to be readjusted as it kept falling off.
3. Restaurant is shared and not dedicated to the hotel guest so everyone running around but no one attending to guests, remove dirty dishes from tables, proper refill of items out from the buffet. If you request the waiters for something, they say no stating they are busy, blame other waiters or chef, or don’t serve properly.
