To start with the hotel has a policy of blocking SAR 500 as "room insurance." Never heard that before! It seems they use the money to start deducting what they see as room damage- Totally unacceptable. Furthermore, poor attention to detail, from broken remote controls, to old tv's and no soap, towels or shampoo in the gym showers. They would do well to modernize if they wish to keep up with the ever increasing competition. Wouldn't stay here again...

Nice and comfortable hotel. Single beds are not good at all. Service is good and the breakfast is attended very friendly

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Nice location and kind staff I would like to thank every single person in that hotel especially Ms. Lama for her tact and hospitality.

Good location. Rooms are too much good condition as per pictures. The Hotel staff is very good and have professional behaviour. Staff is too much good and polite and supportive.
