Nice hotel..the room is huge with complete amenities. The staff also kind enough to check us in for a day price although we need to pay extra because of late check out. Its a 15 minutes ride to the airport, and u can get Kaiyan & Grab easily from this hotel .

This was a long stay and is a great value. The hotel offers all suite rooms with plenty of space to work and to relax. The rooms and common areas were recently renovated and refurnished and the housekeeping staff keeps the property very clean. The Management and Staff are available and attentive.

Really bad, bad location with a creepy neighbourhood, rooms old and things are not functioning properly, light of the wardrobe could not be turned off since the door couldn't close, water not hot, etc. I ordered a taxi for the next morning and surprisingly they didn't organise it, finally a friend of the hotel staff came pretending to be a taxi and he charged 3 more times, and he didn't have machine to pay by card. Don't recommend it at all.

Service is nice but weird…. I ordered a family room with a living room but they said to pay it again digitally by calling. I got confused and told them that I already payed and they said they don’t have a family room with a living room. but eventually another staff came to help and I got the room.

Had a great experience here. I had to stay for 5 days at the hotel but it was occupied for the rest 3 days. The hotel manager Mr Hazem helped me get a booking in a neighborhood and also dropped me off himself. He felt sorry that I couldn't stay at the hotel, but kept on returning for the breakfast there. I have never seen such hospitality and going beyond regular call of duty. I would like to thank you for the experience.
