Big spacious rooms, and the one I stayed in had a kitchenette. No bar stools at breakfast nook. Bathroom could have been bigger in relation to the room. In the bathroom the towel rail was hanging on a thread, water and dirt stains on the floor and in between tiles.

Location is excellent in a very vital road. Apartment was clean and hotel as well. Team and servants are kind and supportive, I will diffnitly book back again.

Unbelievable disrespect at this hotel. We were a large group of women booked in a 3 room and literally everything we asked for they left ambiguous, they were disrespectful and they never took us serious. They never explained anything, never gave us a reason why they wouldn’t bring us water or slippers (even when our room didn’t have any!). We asked for an iron and it took us 3 calls to reception for them to get us one, and they gave it to us HOT! Do not come here, especially if youre a woman/a group of women.

Genuinely one of the worst hotels i’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. If i could give the service a 0 I would. They were uncooperative, constantly brush off customers and not even reply. We ordered for water and tissues at reception twice and 3 times on the phone and they never brought it!!! What kind of a hotel doesn’t have water and tissues to spare!!! Unbelievably disappointed in this specific branch of Boudl since they’re usually good but for the quality of this poor hotel I would only offer 50 a night. Rooms aren’t even well lit, no windows, the entire building is weird. The elevators are slow too. When you call they say breakfast is included then when breakfast rolls around it’s 40 per person!!!! They didn’t even put enough toothbrushes in our rooms since apparently our 6 bed room is only for 4. Do not stay here unless you like being disrespected to your face, have no toothbrushes, slippers and water and also have uncomfortable beds.

Affordable price for 3 bedrooms apartment. Basement parking. Need better cleaning. Excellent customer service, gentleman are very welcoming.

2nd visit and I think will be the last one. This time masterbed room lack of hot water. Communicated to reception but it not solved. Internet connection is very poor.
