Sofitel Al Khobar Branch Hotel
good greeting
I have been staying with you for the past two days and there were some observations that should be mentioned to you and mentioned on your global page, which are:
* Lack of credibility in the reservation details, as I booked a room with a sea view and was surprised to find that I was in a room with a view of the city. The employee’s response was that there was nothing vacant with a sea view and I stayed in the room with a view of the city at the same price as the one with a sea view.
*Insulation is very bad
* The hygiene department did not respond to washing clothes
*The reception staff did not respond by sending a person to carry the bags
*Entering the hygiene department while I am in the room
*I called the hotel management to inform them about these observations, but there was no response from the employee responsible for communications.
I wish customers would be taken care of more

I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the exceptional service and amenities. The location was perfect, situated within walking distance of popular attractions and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and ensured that our stay was comfortable and unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, catering to all dietary requirements.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to this area,

The reception in charge Ms Wed is very nice. As it’s my first time been to DAMMAM.
She spent a lot of time to explain where I should go to enjoin politely.

Location is perfect for a sea view holiday, service is not good, no phone calls answered from hotel. No one is available to assist you for anything. You must go directly to reception for literally anything you want.

Location is too good, and hotel is beautiful.
Basic amenities were missing.
1. Iron, and its stand
2. Toothbrush and paste
3. Comb
4. Buffet options should improve

Sofitel Al Khobar The Corniche is a 5 star hotel in Al Khobar. It’s 6 minutes walk from the Al Khobar's Corniche seafront promenade, and 7 km from the King Fahd Grand Mosque. The food was great and the crew were so kind. Very nice room and a beautiful sea view. Rooms are very big and spacious. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, plus in-room safes and tea and coffee making facilities. Upgraded rooms and suites have access to a club lounge. 24/7 room service provided. Other amenities include outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, 2 restaurants etc.
