Outstanding meal and service. Roudra the waiter was so kind and knowledgeable. The chef called by the table checking everything was ok at the end. Fantastic

Below par. The main courses lack authenticity and flavour, tasting similar to room service at 5 star hotels offering such dishes. The starters are just about good, but overall, nothing from the menu was notable. The staff could be more attentive. The ambience isn’t great. I’d recommend to spend time and money elsewhere instead of a place marketed to offer something it does not.

We loved the ambience. Very friendly staff starting from reception, room assistants etc. we had the sea food buffet and it was really nice and tasty. The ice creams - mango - lemon and blackberry flavors were mouthwatering. Thank you Roudra and Helal for the assistance.

Our go-to hotel, when in Al Khobar on business. A super-friendly staff, that cannot do enough to help. The rooms are comfortable, and a great sleep with great linen.
Breakfast with a view on Level 12 is a great start to the day.
