The location next to the corniche is great as you can see the sunset from your room / Sheraton lounge at the top. The decorations are a bit dated but it’s expected from an old hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. Possible to walk out to the corniche.

- The hotel is nice.
- It has great facilities, but the pool table is non-functional due to missing cushions.
- The breakfast is good, but there's no convenient place to set your plate when collecting food, which affects the overall guest experience.
- The rooms are quite small, with insufficient space to fully open a suitcase.
- The bathroom is also very small, and the toiletries provided are difficult to open and of limited use.

I mainly stay here every 3 months because of location. The hotel is run down a bit and in need of proper maintenance. Food is fantastic and staff very friendly

Nice hotel.
Great facilities. The pool table is not functional as there are no cushions!
Breakfast is good but no room to put your plate anywhere when collecting food. No one has looked at the guest experience here!
Rooms are pretty small, not even enough space anywhere to open my suitcase fully.
Bathroom is really small and toiletries are unopenable and useless.

This was my first trip to Saudi Arabia in Jeddah, this property of Sheraton is bang on the sea face where you can see a lot of weekend rush on the waterfront, it is an easily accessible property, the staff is curtiuos and warm, We were looking for vegetarian food and the staff went to all length to ensure we got all the desired cusine at all time of the day, I would like to thank Akshay from the Feast Restaurant staff for being there for us all time, he is an asset to this hotel and a rare gem, thank you!!
