Housekeeping team was attentive. Front office agent (Filipina) unprofessional having vedio call while at work. Rooms need renovation wall paint peeling. Towels seems like rugs.

Best hotel I have stayed in on this six week trip through the Middle-East. Thank god that I can finally relax in a decent room. I read some of the reviews and I can’t believe I’m staying in the hotel they described! What has changed so much. Perhaps I was given one of the best rooms at a very decent price? The room is large and the bed is large. There is a fridge TV, excellent aircon. Large bathroom with bath, cupboards with hangers, string Wi-Fi. It feels like heaven. The staff are pleasant as well. And on top of that the price is extremely generous considering the quality of the hotel. A 4star room with 2star prices.

On of the quietist hotels in Al-khobar.
My reservation was last week, the staff were professional and friendly too. The hotel very quiet. I highly recommended.

Service was really good but the rooms need adjustments like how the remote is dirty and some towels had stains and also more channels in the TV overall its a really good hotel

The lady at the reception was very hostile and did not give me a refund even though I wanted to checkout after 10 minutes of paying. I will never return to this horrible place and they ruined my day. I wasted 24 BD for the booking and did'nt even use the room because of their horrible attitude. GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED and it is not mentioned in any online booking platform. Their low price is a scam for first time hotel stayers. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL if you have another option and especially if you need to make any changes to your booking or any cancellations.
