the 4 bedroom villa was huge with a private pool. master bedroom has a jacuzzi as well. bathrooms were very big. entrance hall is very huge. with 3 big TVs. towels were less.private pool was good and there is a shower room as well. it would have been better if some mats or carpets were near to pool so thst dirt and water does not come inside the hall.breakfast was not that great.facility has small water slides and lazy river. however water games were not activated till evening msy be due to summer.

It’s good hotel to stay at a good location. Good service, neat and clean place. With a reasonable price. Can access all the locations easily. Will enjoy the service and Stay. Enjoy the stay.

A 5 star hotel with all means. Super clean, outstanding service, welcoming and very helpful staff. Once we arrived they offered us a welcome desert and a fruits plate. The breakfast is very traditional, but very delicious. You should try their makdous and pumpkin jam.
What I also liked about Layali Al Shams is that you can visit it during any season. To enjoy the swimming pool and the nice breeze at nigh in summer or next to the chimney in a cozy place in winter.
Enjoyed every single moment with my family. A must try and definitely will visit this place again.

The checkout experience was terrible, as they weren't willing to cooperate with us to make the checkout smooth. They want people to be waiting in the sun for the checkout to happen. I can see this process improving by asking receptionist to do in-villa checkout or even better, electronic check in and check out.
