A 5 star hotel with all means. Super clean, outstanding service, welcoming and very helpful staff. Once we arrived they offered us a welcome desert and a fruits plate. The breakfast is very traditional, but very delicious. You should try their makdous and pumpkin jam. What I also liked about Layali Al Shams is that you can visit it during any season. To enjoy the swimming pool and the nice breeze at nigh in summer or next to the chimney in a cozy place in winter. Enjoyed every single moment with my family. A must try and definitely will visit this place again.

The checkout experience was terrible, as they weren't willing to cooperate with us to make the checkout smooth. They want people to be waiting in the sun for the checkout to happen. I can see this process improving by asking receptionist to do in-villa checkout or even better, electronic check in and check out.

The villa with 4 rooms is beautiful and clean. For the first day we got a VIP villa which was very clean and good. On the second day we got another villa which was beautiful but the floor on the master room was coming out and the jacuzzi was not working. The service was good. I recommend this place for family.

Room service is excellent. You should stress on the housekeeping to clean the windows and check if they wiped the floor properly. Staff in the reception are helpful and friendly . It is my favourite hotel in Bahrain and I stay there around 5 days every month

First, I would like to Thank Mr. Sandeep for his valued support and smooth processing for the reservation. That’s why I gave one star for it. The villa not meet our expectations at all for many reasons: 1- the TV was not working and maintenance took about 2 hours to have it fixed. 2- the pool is not safe for the kids as the ground was easy to fill down. 3- the pool ground was broken and unsafe to walk with no slippers. 4- the dish was unusable. 5- the breakfast was delayed until 12pm which is launch time.
