Royal Inn Nozol Hotel

Could be more light in the room. Overall, a very good stay and service. They were mostly quick in responding to queries. The location is near supermarkets, taibah centre and most importantly, Masjid Nabawi.

The rooms are old but well kept, compliments to the housekeeping team for keeping up with the residents needs with their daily rounds, but poor shame to the laundry department as they don't speak a speck of English and never filled their promise, I've waited for 2 days for them to collect the laundry but they never came to collect in spite of constant call made to them. Food is good, catered buffet is good locally, but it gets boring if being served the same menu. Stayed there for almost a week. The bar attendent also need to be more polite towards their patrons no matter what the occasion, we're paying your salary, please remember that. That's where you lose your 2 stars on service Nozol. Please keep your staff manner in check as they really are spoiling the hotel's good name. Other than the housekeeping and the reception they do speak broken English, but they are very attentive towards their customers. Location wise, close to food source and center of the shopping district, 250 meters to An Nabawi, what is there to complain about?

I have stayed at this hotel for the first time and I like how spacious the rooms are in comparison to other Royal inn hotels in Madina. The service was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed Eid night so even then the services were operating well and they weren’t ignoring us at all. As for food, unfortunately, they don’t provide the best breakfast ??‍♀️. That was my family’s and my only disappointment. But as for closeness to the Masjid Nabawi, it is ideal for people who don’t walk much and the elderly.

Overall the services are good but, please advise your chef to taste the meal accordingly, i notice mostly all meal are salty. I wish today lunch and onward meal will less salty. You may put salt on the desk if others prefer salty. Please look into this seriously.

I stayed here on 2 separate visits. Very big n spacious room, we got 4 sgl beds for the 2 of us. The foods were very nice. Good spread of Asian foods and middle eastern cuisine.
