All taps in the bathr and Jacuzzi are broken water leaks every where....
Water dripping from AC..... Room service is very very slow..... They don't provide water with food package until u ask.... Basically they try to cheat....

I had a pre booking for 1 night stay, arrived at night and when i checked with the receptionist he told me you must check in at 3pm as you did not arrive that time your booking was cancelled and i have to do annother booking with high price. Also there kitchen was closed before sahoor time. Worst decision to book a room during ramadan at this hotel.
