I had a very brief interaction with Renz Hotel on the 19th of July, 2022. Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant one.
I walked into the hotel for a booking and to check room availability. Sadly, there was a power outage at that time and I was surprised to see that such a structurally big hotel has no functional alternative sources of power on its corridors and stairways.
I understand this might be an unusual occurrence however, it is best to consider the installation of alternative sources of electricity both in the rooms and the common areas of the hotel building.

Very nice hotel and its location is great for those coming into Jeddah and have to tend to business in the industrial cities. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The bathrooms are spotless and this is what I use to measure the cleanliness of hotels. The staff is professional and friendly and the room rental comes with complimentary buffet breakfast which offers a wide selection of local and international foods. Excellent!!
